Precision Talent Group Promotes Joseph Grande to Chief Operating Officer
Precision Talent Group, LLC, and its subsidiaries Precision Life Sciences and Precision Healthcare, a leading provider of recruiting and staffing services, announced today the promotion of Joseph Grande, MBA to Chief Operating Officer. In his new role, Grande’s responsibilities will include strategic oversight of national operational efficiencies and best practices, as well as management of day-to-day operations, engagement, and implementation.

An award-winning sales professional, Grande’s career spans over 25 years in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology and healthcare industries.

Grande has held various sales leadership positions. As District Sales Director at GSK, he held multiple positions that included Global Product Strategy Manager where he led marketing initiatives throughout Europe and Latin America supporting new indications. In addition, Grande managed multiple sales teams throughout the east coast focusing on optimizing GSK’s product portfolio. Most recently he served as the Vice President, of Sales at Medicus Healthcare Solutions where he built and led the national companywide sales strategy for the hospitalist, critical care, and family medicine physician staffing programs.
