Mr. Grande is the Senior Vice President, Growth and Strategic Development of Precision Life Sciences, LLC, a WBE (Woman-Owned Business Enterprise).  He specializes in leading the development of the company’s long-term national business strategy and growth.  Mr. Grande has a proven track record of collaborating with emerging Life Science through understanding their brand, values, and business to propel them to success.

With over 25 years of experience, Mr. Grande places a very specific emphasis on developing sales strategies.  By building relationships, he creates a strong sales influence that puts the client and their needs first.  Furthermore, his expertise in purposeful business growth provides itself to influencing strategic direction for Precision Life Sciences.

Mr. Grande has held various sales leadership positions. As District Sales Director at GSK, he held multiple positions that included Global Product Strategy Manager where he led marketing initiatives throughout Europe and Latin America supporting new indications.  In addition, he managed multiple sales teams throughout the east coast focusing on optimizing GSK’s product portfolio.  Most recently Mr. Grande served as the Vice President, Sales at Medicus Healthcare Solutions where he built and led the national companywide sales strategy for the hospitalist, critical care, and family medicine physician staffing programs. 

Mr. Grande holds a BS from Merrimack College and received his MBA from Bentley University.
