Precision Life Sciences Joins List of Top Diversity-Owned Staffing Agencies

Precision Life Sciences, LLC is proud to gain a position on SIA’s 2021 list of US & Canada Diversity Staffing Firms. The list, appearing in the May/June issue of Staffing Industry Analysts, honors 151 firms that self-identify as being under diversity ownership.

Precision Life Sciences, whose principal founder and CEO is M. Cristina Muise, MBA, Ph.D., is a subsidiary of Precision Talent Group, LLC and a WBE (Woman-Owned Business Enterprise).

The organization not only values diversity but also believes it is one of the most important tenets to fulfill the organization’s mission of becoming its clients’ core productivity partner. Muise enjoys mentoring others on the importance of diversity within successful businesses and advises growing firms about the positive effects of a diversity-driven organization.

“At Precision, we strive to offer staffing and services solutions that enable productivity and growth within the organizations our clients,” Muise said. “When a company values a diverse workforce, it opens up unlimited possibilities for creativity, innovation, and collaboration and we embrace sharing that knowledge and success with others.”

In a press release announcing this prestigious list, Barry Asin, SIA President said “Diversity, equity, and inclusion go beyond ownership, to commitment. As the conversation around DE&I takes a deeper hold in the industry, staffing clients are increasingly looking to suppliers to demonstrate their commitment to delivering diverse talent and to enhancing equity at work, both internally and externally.”

Among firms on the 2021 list, 89 reported they were women-owned and 81 cited Asian Indian, Asian Pacific, Black, Hispanic, Native American, and/or LGBTQ ownership, with seven firms citing veteran ownership. Firms on the list can have multiple types of ownership, for example, a firm can be both Black-owned and LGBTQ-owned. Firms on the list range from specialized, niche providers to larger-scale global organizations, with representation across key staffing segments, including engineering, healthcare, IT, industrial, life sciences, marketing/creative, and office/clerical, and encompassing a wide span of services and solutions.
